He and his crew share your passion for these fine automobiles with our ethos of "Integrity, Knowledge and Trust".

Bruce is a Bosch Trained technician, with extensive experience in Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo and other imported favorites. A Dale Carnegie graduate, former volunteer with Junior Achievement, in his spare time Bruce enjoys sailing, nautical history and restoring antique radios. Bruce is also a licensed amateur radio operator, W1UJR, and has a highly satisfying working relationship with electronics.

Senior Service Advisor/Service Manager

Rick brings a wealth of more than 15 years of experience in the automotive service field to the post, on top of some very impressive factory and Bosch training. In addition, Rick is both an ASE and Subaru Master Technician, and he's our designated "go to guy" for some of the more unusual cars we service and problems we are challenged with.

Always ready with helpful smile, Rick is also our General Manager, and leads both the Service and Operations departments, and is very close to finalizing his Bosch Master Technician status.

Rick has been associated with AMC since our early days, and always has a encouraging word, or helping hand for any customer or staff member in need.

No stranger to AMC, Rick has been affiliated with some our team members for well over 10 years. In his spare time, Rick enjoys playing pool in a evening league. He currently drives a "Saabaroo" and hopefully -- soon -- a Jaguar XJ-6 — but's that's whole `nuther story. Ask him, he'll be happy to share.

Customer Relationship Manager

When you receive a call after service with us, that friendly voice on the other end of the phone is our Ashley. She handles our customer satisfaction duties to everyone's great satisfaction, as well as appointment reminders and follow up calls after service.

Actually, Ashley's responsibilities are far more extensive and invaluable — as she assists with the sea of paperwork in vehicle sales and manages our "Help A Maine Family In Need" program. Plus, Ashley reviews our ad copy, assists with HR and employee benefits, sends out the thank you cards and the delicious brownies, but most of all, adds a level of grace, serenity and order to our business.

Ashley hails from coastal Maine and in her spare time enjoys reading books, horseback riding, and fishing. You won't often see her upfront at the service counter since her realm is in the other side of the building, so be sure to stop by for her world-famous smile and say hello on your next visit.

Senior Service Advisor

Chances are, when you call service you'll be speaking to Frank. He's is one of our newest service advisors — you know, the good folks who you speak with when you drop your car for service -- and the ones who call you with the good news when the work is done.

Frank may be new to us, but he has a proud history in the automotive service business, which is reflected in his highly-rated customer reviews (in other words, people love him and his 1000-watt smile). Frank is originally from Houston, TX, y'all (and we'll never let him forget it!) However, he has family roots here in Maine; his wife and her family are from the Midcoast region. He's a proud new father, and Frank and his wife Jillian keep busy with their young daughter.

He's still acclimating to our Maine vs Houston winters, and the team loves to josh him about the cold weather while we count how many jackets he wears. We, like our customers, are delighted to have Frank onboard.

Parts/Service Advisor
Jared, because of his skill set, sports many hats here at Kusbdc: He is our Parts Manager, responsible for inventory and ordering service and special parts. But it doesn’t end there, he is also a skilled Service Advisor who manages service on our preowned vehicles, and when the team needs him to step in.

Additionally Jared assists the sales department with pre-owned car prep, checking each car into our system, handling the photography, online listing, and final quality checks before the car is offered for sale.

In his spare time, Jared enjoys restoring Airstream campers, and traveling and camping with his wife Heather. Many hats, but Jared's head is committed to making it all work smoothly!

Senior Service Technician
Scotty is one of our most experienced technicians, and comes to us with a solid BMW background -- in fact he drives a BMW 5 series. He's a very dedicated and careful technician artful in his workmanship, and always focused on the task at hand. New car maintenance is his forte, but he is also exceptionally talented with complex diagnostic problems, has become the designated go-to guy for those things that stump other shops.

Scotty also has a solid interest of all things nautical, having worked for some years at a local boatyard in Falmouth. Scotty is very active and dedicated to learning and working with our team on service issues and he's a regular contributor to the BMW and, Volvo, tech sites.

He's a proud new father of two boys and one girl, which keep Scotty and his wife Brittany busy. With of his experience, Scotty is one of our Mentor Staff. We, like our customers, are privileged to have Scotty onboard our team.

Senior Service Technician
Nick handles a major part of our BMW, Mini and Mercedes car work. He's a highly trained tech, and is exceptionally dedicated and precise in his workmanship. Aside from BMW and Mercedes, Nick has become the designated go-to guy for some of the more vexing BMW service problems we've come across, including some, shall we say, interesting X3 and X5 issues.

Odds are good that on your first visit to our facility, either Nick, Rick or Scotty were the ones who carried out the "Show and Tell" review with you on your car.

Because of his experience, Nick is one of our Mentor Staff and is assigned to work with new service team members and add to our Quality Control process. Nick, Becca and this wonder dog Max live in the midcoast area. We're absolutely thrilled to have Nick onboard as part of Team AMC!

Master Service Technician
Pat has a solid technology background, experience and a degree in automotive service. Known for his big blue toolbox, Pat's heart skips a beat when he gets to work on the many Audis and BMWs that come to our shop, but is extremely capable on any of the car lines we service.

We're particularly proud that Pat came to us via the AMC Mentor program, and trained under the very talented Scott. Known for his detail-focused approach to service(along with his interesting handwriting!), Pat is often the one to tackle the more challenging technology issues, like Mercedes power tops, or complex electrical and electronic issues. Pat lives in Midcoast Maine, enjoys rally racing, and loves restoring older and performance cars, with a special penchant for VW pickups. We're happy as all get out to have Pat onboard as a valued part of Team AMC.

Master Service Technician
Kyle comes to us from a solid background of automotive service, and is our Audi, VW, and Lexus go to guy. His father was a automotive technology teacher, and Kyle grew up working on cars, kind of a lucky background, right?

In his spare time he enjoys hiking, fishing, and what he calls "tinkering", often doing projects with his dad. Kyle lives in the midcoast, is always found with a ready smile and "can do" attitude, and has become a well respected member of the AMC Service Team.

Quality Control/Valet
Keegan is the AMC team member who handles our Trademark 2 Step Quality Control Process, wherein each car is checked twice after service, doubly assuring you that your vehicle is returned to you cleaned, washed and Quality Checked. He also assists with workshop cleanliness and maintenance, keeping that famous AMC glow.

Keegan is our occasional Valet Driver, handling our VIP pickup and delivery service from Falmouth to Camden. He will happily come right to your home or office, drop off a nice courtesy loaner car, and then bring your car in for service. After the service is completed, he'll clean, vacuum and wash the car before returning it to you and picking up the loaner.

Retired? But Not Forgotten

Todd was our all around, take on any challenge and win guy. Rumor has it that he’s now retired to an comfy and warm island off the coast of Georgia, but we hold out hope that he’ll leave that life of leisure and return to his roots.

No flashy toolbox here, Todd’s best tools are in his head, vintage Mitchell service manuals and years of experience.

We still quote his trusty tagline which he uttered when faced with a challenge or unusual car, the timeless classic of “Nuts and bolts.” We miss you old man, but and have kept the porch light, or is that service light, on for you.
